commission terms of service

-Models MUST be pre-cut and ready to rig .PSD files. I do not cut PNGs.--Payment--
-All payments will be processed via Vgen, numerous payment methods are available: https://vgen.co/Sirisly-I do accept payment plans! Number of payments is dependent upon the total cost of the commission.-However, I will not do more than 4 payments and the commission must be paid in full before I release the model files to you.--Refunds:--
-No refunds will be granted if I am already finished with the model.-If I have not started the model, a 100% refund can be given.-If I have started the model but not finished it, a refund may be granted dependent upon the level of work I have completed (If I'm 50% done, a 50% refund may be granted, etc.).-If for some reason due to my own personal illness, issues or other reason I am unable to finish your commission within the time frame agreed upon, I will grant a full refund.--Process--
-Commissions can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3 months depending upon complexity. Please be patient. I will be sending you progress videos at least once a week to make sure you are happy with my work!--I do work a full-time job, my Live2D work days are Monday-Wednesday, that is when I will most likely send updates.-If at any point I am treated inappropriately or with disrespect, I reserve the right to stop the commission and refund the client (in accordance with the refund policy) at any time.--Crediting--
-You MUST give LINKED credit for one of my social medias on whatever streaming platform you are using (Twitch, Youtube, etc.)
